The classes utilize wooden clubs with various weights depending on the user’s ability. The protocol teaches different techniques to target all areas of the body and mind to help improve mobility, posture, focus, strength, and endurance in the practitioner. At Virdee Protocol, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and education to all those who participate. The sessions are led by a qualified Virdee Protocol instructor; who will educate the class while also being aware of any limits a participant may have.
